Initial consultation

This consultation can be completed face-face, via Skype or Zoom, or phone depending on where you are located. The time is spent gathering detailed information about your general health, medical history, and reproductive history.
It is best to talk with both partners to gain an in-depth understanding of the circumstances and to better understand some of the variables involved.
Your test results from your GP, specialists and IVF clinics will be reviewed.

Conception Support Plan™

This 12 week program includes the development of your Precision Fertility™ Conception Support Plan. The plan involves over 13 hours of analysis and factors in all relevant issues related to conception for each person. Your treatment strategy is designed to support your functional pathology, hormones, immune system, nutrigenomics, and metabolomics and is unique to you.
The process includes the following four phases:

Foundation
Preparation
Treatment
The program will also include a 60min delivery consultation to step you through the test analysis, research findings and program details.
Scheduled monitoring is included on a monthly basis as part of the program via 3 x 30min consultations.
IVF transfer support plan
$1545
This program will provide specific Precision Fertility™ support for your IVF embryo transfer cycle after you have completed your stimulation cycle, egg collection and IVF or ICSI.
Your initial consultation is included in the program fee along with analysis of your cycle notes and blood tests. After your plan has been developed, a 60min delivery consultation is provided to step you through the test analysis, research findings and program details.
This program works best with a frozen embryo transfer and your initial consultation will need to take place 4-8weeks prior to the transfer.
Pathology requests and testing may be required to gather the required information to develop the support plan.
Early pregnancy support
$770
This program will provide support during the first trimester of pregnancy. Useful to help reduce symptoms of anxiety, nausea and discomfort. Test results will be reviewed weekly and modification of prescription for the duration of the program.
Includes 8 x 20min appointments.
* This program is complementary for clients that fall pregnant within 3 months of completing the active treatment phase.
Maintenance extension
$145/mth
After completion of the active phase of the Conception Support Plan™, clients can extend their support to provide ongoing monthly reviews and adjustment of the program.
This monthly 30min consultation may be useful for clients that have chronic issues or may prefer to have email access and ongoing support for a little longer.
Additional Components
Prescription
Your individual prescription is provided based on the analysis of your test results and Precision Fertility™ evaluation. You will be prescribed a combination of natural medicine, traditional Chinese herbal medicine and practitioner brand clinical nutraceuticals.
Average cost for the whole Fertility Science® program is $400.
Pathology and functional medicine testing
The exact tests you will need are determined after your initial consultation.
Private lab fees apply for functional medicine tests arranged by Fertility Science® and all costs are provided and authorised by you prior to the request being provided.
Any lab tests arranged by your GP may be bulk-billed.
All male clients will be required to complete a semen analysis. It is preferred that this is done via Genea Andrology/IVFA/ or other fertility clinic and will be paid direct. It is possible for the semen analysis arranged by your GP to be used as a guide only.
